Description:

Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) contracted with DTS to create a web-based ArcGIS server application that enables CDOT's planning and environmental stakeholders to inspect information about the human and natural environments and make geographically-based comments. Users can view regional plans, and drill down into the plans for information about specific corridors, including environmental factors. This application also utilizes the suite of Online Transportation Information System (OTIS) web services that were developed over the course of multiple projects with CDOT. These services facilitate the location of mile markers along sections of the CDOT linear referencing system.
