Developments Regional Impacts Plus Web Application

Description:

The Developments of the Regional Impact (DRI) Tool allows users to select a DRI of interest through three search mechanisms: (1) keyword search, (2) search by map, and (3) advanced search. The tool enables users to find out detailed information about DRIs including type of development, square footage, details of the master plan, and development orders. Over 1000 DRIs throughout Central Florida are included in the tool with tens of thousands of linked files and reports.

Once a DRI is selected a project location map and associated information is displayed in PDF format. The file can be saved and sent to others or printed directly from the website. The DRI Tool is a product that will be used by Engineers, Planners, and Land Use Developers in public and private agencies.
